"And His name will be the hope of all the world" Mat. 12:21

How does Jesus's name bring hope to you?? How can you help other people find that hope??

What is your gift??

Instead of asking "what will I get". Ask what can I give to God this Christmas. And along with your "weight- losing" resolutions, make a resolution to spend more time with God, or to give more to Him this year!! Later guys

I need food.

Dang, I just realized that I haven't eaten anything all week. I have been eating a small lunch and a few small snacks (junk food) throughout the day. I am not feeling to good, I am shaking from lack of food. On another non-positive note. My job is killing me. I am working from 7 am to 11pm on some days I usually work from 7 to 7 or 8 if I am lucky. It really kills my social life. Oh, and it is 6 days a week. I haven't been able to sleep in in months. I have church all day on my day off. Pray for me I am almost to the point where I can quit.

:-)

I got a very important question for ya'll: If you were a hot dog and you were starving, would ya eat yourself??

Isn't it amazazing how we come up with great plans for our lives and they turn out to be nothing like God's?? That has happened to me many times, God has thrown me for so many loops it isn't even funny. But it is all good. I am starting to learn that things, job (to an extent), girls, and cars don't really matter. I am slowly learning to be content. But at a very slow pace. I would like to challenge you all today. And I will start off with a story.

Steve learns that one of his best friends dies in a car accident. He has another friend that calls Steve up and tells him what happened. He then asks if their friend is going to heaven becuase he thinks Steve (a Christian) will know. Steve has to tell his friend that the guy probably isn't going to heaven. He then tells his friend about Christ and what is involved in going to heaven. His friend, after becoming a Christian, says "why didn't you just tell us sooner" in a very hurt voice. They both start crying becuase they can only hope that someone else told their friend about Christ. Steve told us that he will now have to live the rest of his life knowing that he didn't tell his friend about Christ. His friend may have rejected Christ but wasn't even offered the chance to reject Him.

Here is my challenge to every one of you: Get out there and tell people about the great thing Christ did for you. He even commands us to do this. Having anyone (including your friends) think you are a wierd person is more than worth the chance that they might become your bro/sis in Christ. And don't just witness to them. Follow up and keep them accountable, be there for them. Here is a way to share with people: Check out wayofthemaster.com . Also, check out the evangalism explosion outline, memorize it. It is a great way to present the gospel. Ask yourself this: why are only 3% of the Christian population getting out there and witnessing?? Have a great day and stay strong in the Word.

Hey people, what is going on?? I am doing pretty good. I got a new job working with "breathe easy". I am really tired from having to get up at 7:00 every morning. I would love to post more, but I am really tired and think I will become an old man for today and take a nap.
